The Hawai‘i Watercolor Society’s members’ exhibition features nearly 80 works by 58 artists (Downtown Art Center, through March 29), while artist Brandon Ng shows his installation inspired by Queen Lili‘uokalani’s song during the inaugural Foster Botanical Garden Family Sunday Picnic. The Kapuʻuola Hula Festival celebrates mele, hula and Puʻuokapolei, a historic site on Oahu’s west side. Come early for cultural workshops on the hula mound (April 6).
