Hana Kitchens invites interested home cooks aged 18 and up for myriad cooking classes. Upcoming themes range from “The 90s Steakhouse Dinner,” where chefs behind Butcher & Bird and Sooper Secret Izakaya make American Wagyu strip loin, Caesar Salad, creamed spinach and other classic dishes (July 19); to “The Secrets of Lumpia” highlighting the Filipino spring rolls within a four-course dinner (July 26). Both classes include wine.
