Chef Chris Yeo imports Singapore glam with the expansion of his California-born Straits here. Fast-casual newcomer Nori Bar’s 16 counter seats fill up fast. Hand rolls, the house specialty, are stuffed with scallops, spicy tuna, blue crab and more ocean delicacies.
