July 4th Festivities

A longtime tradition, this year’s old-fashioned Kailua Independence Day Parade features a “Waves of Aloha” theme; at dusk head to Kailua Beach for spectacular fireworks. Waikiki Beach’s Walter J. Macfarlane Memorial Canoe Regatta, another annual tradition, benefits the Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Foundation. Hawaiian singer-songwriter Anuhea performs during Prince Waikiki’s party. Visit Haleiwa Beach Park for the North Shore community’s Fourth of July festival and fireworks.
