Famous in culinary circles for creating uni (sea urchin) pasta, Tokyo’s Michelin-starred chef Tsutomu Ochiai recently opened his first and only restaurant outside Japan in Waikiki Beach’s ‘Alohilani Resort. Sample his signature dish along with classic Italian fare and Japanese touches (Kurobuta pork Milanese) at La Bettola, which overlooks the property’s 280,000-gallon, two-story Oceanarium with native marine life.
