Fête’s James Beard Award-winning chef Robynne Maii finally opened the doors to her long-awaited Mille Fête bakery and café in Chinatown on February 20. Partner and French Pastry Institute graduate Katherine Yang honed her expertise at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bakery and Daniel Boulud’s Restaurant Daniel. Find a mix of Yang’s cakes (Chantilly-stuffed deviled chocolate, passion orange guava) along with Fête’s breads, hand pies and ice creams.
