Award-winning chef Peter Merriman’s farm-to-table cuisine introduces an exclusive breakfast menu for items like mai tai flapjacks and Hawaiian chilaquiles. Happy hour is also popular for live music and bites from poke tacos to lobster deviled eggs. Merriman is collecting donations and donating meals for the Maui fire disaster relief.
