With her new restaurant Onkee, former LPGA professional golfer and Oahu resident Grace Park trades the links for upscale Korean barbecue. Michelin-trained chefs prep cuts that are dry-aged in house as well as seafood and veggies for guests (or servers) to cook on authentic grilling tables imported from South Korea. Earthenware crocks and lanterns are more authentic details within the setting’s multimillion-dollar décor.
