Patrons of Chinatown’s longtime Pig & the Lady are visiting its new home in Kaimukī. Chef owner Andrew Le, a Honolulu native and James Beard nominee, specializes in Vietnamese cuisine with global influences and French technique. His reinvented menu mixes signature and new dishes. Among the latter are grass-fed beef and spiced lemongrass Bolognese and a turmeric crepe filled with taro and Chinese sausage.
